What is this book about?

This book is a guide to start your investment career in real estate, without having to spend tens of thousands of Euros for the deposit and without having to get an expensive bank loan that will bind you for the next 15-25 years.

You will learn, step by step, how to build you a stable income in one of the most passive asset classes of our time.

What makes this book special? Fair enough to ask and easy enough to answer.

I did not write this book for you. When I had this idea the first time, I recognized that I might make a lot of expensive mistakes. So, I did what I always do… I came up with all the possible problems and risks. I thought about, what might go wrong and how to handle the situation to minimize the loss and risk.

After answering the raised questions, the foundation for this book was set up. That was the moment when I realized that there are a lot more people, who can benefit from my idea.

And I decided to work it over and write this book for you.

Basically, I give you the rules and ideas in this book, that I set up to follow myself. Even if some risks can never be predicted and avoided… This book will help to deal with them in the most effective way.

Problems are no longer hitting you that hard, if you already expected them and prepared a countermeasure.

Who is this book not for?

Before we start… My name is Thomas Carle, and I am not an “get rich quick and easy” guru. If you are looking for a fully automatic system, that will earn you millions of Euros in no time and risk free, without any work involved… this may be the wrong book for you. There are no such things like “something for nothing” in our world.

In that case, you should be searching for a book, that might be luring you into the misbelief of the golden egg, that is delivered free to you 24/7.

Ok… now come down to the ground. Exactly there am I. Waiting here for you, to pick up this book. Now I can help you, to get started.

Of course, fast wealth can be achieved with my real-estate system. Yes, it is possible. If you are willing to put the necessary effort and work into it. The harder you work, the faster you can grow your income and multiply your wealth.

To be honest, I didn´t start to write this book for you. It started as guideline for a system, that I am using by myself. Just like you, I wanted to start with real estate and didn´t have the money to buy it.

My goal was a secure and as failsafe as possible created income. Yes, the ROI of this book might look irrationally high. If you pay 49 Euro per month for the alarm-system (value increase) of cts24.eu and earn around 150 Euro of cashflow, it is mathematically more than 200% return each month. In times, where banks are still almost at zero interest rates for savings, that is an incredible return.

There are still a few things to recognize, before you go nuts.

1. The first 7 months, the incoming cashflow will first repay the alarm-system. Except you are using the legal tips in this book to leverage the repayment further on.
2. The 200% return in this example is still just 100 Euro.
3. To increase the 100 Euro, you need to repeat my real-estate system and multiply it.
4. If you follow my recommendation, there are some extra costs, that will eat up a bit of the ROI-percentage.
5. Last and most important to repeat: You can easily multiply the income stream of my example. You just repeat the process over and over again.

The more repetitions you make, the more money you can earn.

One last thing. If you have lots of money available… this may also not be the right book for you. If you can buy your own real-estate, maybe you should be doing that. Or you also just want to test it out, without putting you hard earned money at risk. Then you are welcome to my real-estate-system as well.
